Utrecht:
We’re looking for a new part-time Studio Assistant to join our Glazemade Utrecht team for 25–35 hours a week.
We are looking for someone with energy, initiative and a natural feel for hospitality. You enjoy a busy studio just as much as the quieter behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running.
You don’t need to be a ceramic expert. We’ll teach you the Glazemade side of things. What we care much more about is that you’re warm, reliable, hands-on and genuinely want to be part of a team.
Your days will be a mix of welcoming and helping guests, making coffees, keeping the studio beautiful, glazing & handling ceramics and all the little things that happen in between.
We’re looking for someone who:
Wants around 25–35 hours per week
You speak Dutch & English
Is flexible across weekdays + weekends
Has a natural hospitality mindset and enjoys working with people
Is energetic and isn’t afraid of busy days
Takes responsibility and sees what needs doing
Wants to be an active colleague and teammate, not just show up for their own shift
Is happy doing both the fun creative stuff and the less glamorous cleaning/lifting/dishwashing kind
Ideally has hospitality, retail or similar experience
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to stick around, grow into the role and become a proper part of Glazemade Utrecht. ❤️
