We’re hiring for full time manager!
We’re now looking for a Studio Manager to take ownership of our Amsterdam location. Someone who can lead a team, run the floor, and keep the energy of the space exactly where it needs to be.
This role suits someone who enjoys being in the middle of everything rather than observe from the sidelines.
We’re looking for someone who:
Naturally proactive and responsible – you take ownership without having to be told
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Good with people, but also able to set boundaries and lead a team
Flexible and not tie to a strict 9-5 mindset + available during some weekends
Speaks Dutch and is looking to stay and grow in the role.
You don’t need prior ceramic experience.

Glazemade is looking for new team-members who are passionate about making every guest’s visit special. The main tasks will be helping our guests through their creative journey, guiding them as they paint ceramics. It’s a position that combines customer interaction, studio upkeep, and coffee-making skills all in one.
We’re looking for someone who:
Be Flexible – We’re looking for someone who can embrace change, stay adaptable, and see the fun in a fast paced environment.
Preferably has barista experience
Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a warm, magical atmosphere for our guests
Speaks Dutch
Can work weekends and during the summer!
