We’re hiring for a full time manager and studio assistants!
As GlazeMade is soon to open we are on the lookout for comitted and enthusiastic team members who are passionate about making every guest’s visit special. The main tasks will be helping our guests through their creative journey, guiding them as they paint ceramics. It’s a position that combines customer interaction, creativity, and coffee-making skills in one so if you love ceramics, creativity, and good coffee, this might be the perfect fit for you!
We’re looking for someone who:
Be Flexible – We’re a brand new studio, which means things might get a little chaotic as we find our rhythm. We’re looking for someone who can embrace change, stay adaptable, and see the fun in figuring things out together. In return, you’ll get the chance to help shape our culture from the ground up. Join us in building a joyful, supportive team where laughter and creativity are just as important as hard work.
Preferably has barista experience
Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a warm, magical atmosphere for our guests
Ideally speaks Dutch (though it's not a deal-breaker!)
Can work weekends!
